Our yoga studios and yoga areas are traditionally decorated to give you that pure yogic feel while doing asanas. The studio faces the Varkala Beach, if you opt to do the course in Kerala, so that you can enjoy the warmth of the view and relax your body and mind.  The floors are well polished and cleaned often. Yoga Mats and other accessories will be provided from the Ashram along with the study materials. The Yoga Studios are located very close to the accommodation in the same building, so that you can get back to your rooms as soon as the sessions are over.

Also, the dining area is situated close the yoga studios and right at the junction where all the three studios meet, you have a relaxation area where you can spend enjoying the sea-view before getting back to your rooms.
